Dandelion or butterbur is an herb growing up to 40 cm tall. It is a prehistoric and very well-known plant that is widespread throughout the Czech Republic, which is why it is often considered a weed.
However, butterbur root is highly valued in traditional medicine and is particularly suitable for maintaining normal digestive functions - it acts as a prebiotic. Dandelion is also used as an effective antioxidant, supports liver and stomach functions, and is suitable for maintaining the normal state of the urinary system. The root is often part of herbal mixtures. Dandelion has an anti-inflammatory effect and has an effect on carbohydrate metabolism.

Traditional use:
Mix one teaspoon of powder in water and drink. Use 2 times a day.
TIP for preparation: Add only 2 times more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which is diluted with liquid - no lumps form.
Warning: Does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children.
