Dark bulgur is pre-cooked, broken whole grain durum wheat. The grain is cleaned, cooked, dried and crushed into smaller pieces. In Czech cuisine, bulgur is used in stuffings, meatballs, soups or as a side dish.

Ingredients:

Wheat - medium ground.

Preparation instructions:

Rinse the bulgur thoroughly, cover with boiling water (ratio 2:1, water:bulgur), add salt and a drop of oil. Boil for 7 minutes and let stand for another 20 minutes.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
