This dark chocolate with a generous dose of cocoa and Himalayan salt is a true chocolate experience. The chocolate is made from a very rare variety of beans called Criollo, which comes from Peru. It is sweetened with natural cane sugar and softened with cocoa butter. Chocolate with salt contains sweet, sour, bitter and salty tastes, which activates all areas of the tongue and creates a sensory explosion. Himalayan salt is finer than classic salt, it can soften chocolate, but it also suppresses its natural bitterness and brings out the fruity notes of cocoa beans. The chocolate does not contain any added substances, substitutes, lecithin or palm fat - only cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter and Himalayan salt.
