Product detailed description
Exclusive extra dark chocolate with a very high cocoa content of 90%, the highest cocoa content of select RAPUNZEL chocolates. It is produced in Switzerland using the traditional long conching method, thanks to which the initially hidden rich cocoa taste fully stands out and the chocolate acquires a delicate and smooth consistency. Cocoa from Bolivia and brown coconut sugar obtained manually from coconut flower nectar were used for its production. Most of the ingredients (90%) come from the fair trade project HAND IN HAND. Fair trade guarantees fair remuneration to farmers in developing countries and prohibits slave or child labor.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass, coconut blossom sugar 8%, cocoa butter, Bourbon vanilla. All ingredients come from controlled organic farming. Cocoa solids content at least 90%.
