This French gourmet chocolate contains fair trade Trinitario cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic purchased from members of the Conacado association. It is flavored with fleur de sel sea salt crystals.
Most of the ingredients come from the Bio Equitable fair trade project. Fair trade guarantees fair compensation to farmers from developing countries and prohibits slave and child labor.

INGREDIENTS: cocoa mass*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*, fleur de sel sea salt 0.5%. Ingredients marked * come from controlled organic farming. Cocoa solids content at least 70%.
