BIO chocolate Zdravý den® contains 70% cocoa. It is handmade in France according to traditional recipes passed down from generation to generation. The chocolate is made from unroasted cocoa beans of the rare Criollo variety with a high cocoa butter content, which are grown in the Satipo province of Peru on the edge of the Amazon rainforest and are highly valued for their rich range of fruity and spicy flavors and exceptional aroma.

These cocoa beans are great for making fine, creamy chocolate that melts slowly in the mouth and has a distinctive flavor with a light hint of citrus and spices. Does not contain lecithin and gluten.
