Interesting fine dark chocolate spiced with gingerbread spices - a seasonal Christmas item. It is made in Switzerland using the traditional long conching method, thanks to which the initially hidden rich cocoa flavor fully stands out and the chocolate acquires a delicate and smooth consistency. Cocoa from Bolivia and dried cane juice Rapadura were used for its production, which gives it a slightly caramel flavor. All ingredients except vanilla come from the fair trade project HAND IN HAND. Fair trade guarantees fair remuneration to farmers in developing countries and prohibits slave or child labor.
