Black Nerone rice

This black rice from Italy is a real specialty. Excellent as a side dish or in creative salads. Thanks to its starch content, it is also suitable for risotto and desserts. The water may slightly discolor when cooking.

Ingredients: Brown rice, long grain*.

Preparation:You need 125 g of rice for 2 servings. Cook in a pot covered with a lid in lightly salted water over low heat for 40-45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
