Bulgur Salad

A salad with a difference. Discover a spicy love affair of bulgur, red lentils, fruit tomatoes and zucchini. This is pure enjoyment - whether cold or warm.

Ingredients:Red lentils* 42%, bulgur* (DURUM WHEAT)* 42%, tomatoes* 4.8%, sea salt, zucchini* 2.4%, leek*, raw cane sugar*, onion*, garlic*, paprika*, parsley*, cumin*, fennel*, pepper*, sunflower oil*
*from controlled organic production

Preparation:170 g bulgur salad and 75 g feta or vegan alternative make 2 servings as a main course.
1. Briefly fry the contents of the bag in a pan in 2 tablespoons of hot oil.
2. Pour in 300ml of hot water, bring to the boil briefly and replace the lid.
3. Cook over a medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat and cook for a further 5 minutes.
4. Dice 75g of feta (or vegan alternative) and add to the salad. Enjoy.
