Quinoa in cooking bags
Organic quinoa in cooking bags is soft and fluffy. It is ready to serve in just 15 minutes and is suitable as a side dish or as a base for various pancakes or salads.
Ingredients: White quinoa*
*from controlled organic farming
Preparation: Bring a large amount of water to the boil in a saucepan (about 1 l per bag), add sea salt to taste. Place the cooking bag in boiling water and cook under the lid for 15 minutes. Use a fork to remove the cooking bag from the water and drain.
Store in a cool, dry place.
