This coffee is made from coffee beans grown in accordance with organic farming without the use of pesticides, herbicides and synthetic fertilizers. It is a blend of Arabica and Robusta. DiCaf coffee continues the long-standing family tradition of roasting coffee in small batches and then mixing individual types to achieve optimal taste and stands out with a truly authentic, delicious taste known from Italian cafes. The roasting method allows this coffee to be used both for preparing classic Czech "Turkish" and healthier drip coffee. However, the distinctive aroma and excellent taste stand out best when preparing espresso. Caffeine is gently removed from this coffee using water vapor and carbon dioxide without the use of hydrocarbon solvents. Therefore, there are no residues of these harmful substances in it. It is indistinguishable in taste from coffee with caffeine, but it loses its aroma more quickly. We therefore recommend storing some of the coffee well-wrapped in the refrigerator if you do not plan to consume it within a few days.
