Sunflower and Olive Blend Frying Oil

This high-temperature frying oil is a balanced blend of high-quality olive oil and sunflower oil. Steam treatment extracts distinctive flavors and colors, increasing the heat resistance of the oil. Thanks to its subtle olive tones, it is ideal for Mediterranean cuisine and can be used for frying and baking.
