Long grain rice
After cleaning and peeling, the rice is polished. Polishing creates white rice. This delicately aromatic rice remains fluffy and grainy when cooked. Enjoy long grain rice with meat, fish and vegetables.
Ingredients: Long grain rice* white

Preparation: Put the rice (4 servings = 300 g) in a colander, rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain. Then bring to the boil in 600 ml of salted water and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Let the rice rest in the covered pot for 15-20 minutes.
Store in a cool, dry place.
