Vegetable patties with beetroot, fried, vegan

Ingredients: beetroot* (46%), OAT FLAKES* (14%), OATS* (11%), onion* (8%), raisins* (8%), sunflower oil*, potato flakes*, flax flour*, lemon juice*, beetroot juice* (2%), salt, spices* (ginger*, paprika*, pepper*)

Preparation:
in a frying pan:
Fry the meatballs in a small amount of oil for 4 - 5 minutes at medium temperature on both sides.
in the oven:
Bake the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 °C for about 8 minutes and turn them once.
