Mix of colorful legumes

A colorful mixture of different legumes provides the perfect basis for creative cooking ideas such as stews, soups or salads, but also for various fillings or patties.

Ingredients:Green peas*, halved red lentils*, du Puy lentils*, beans*, white beans*, adzuki beans*
*from certified organic farming

Preparation:Soak the legumes in cold water for about 12 hours and then cook them in slightly salted water for about 60 - 80 minutes.
