Vegan oat drink with seaweed is made from European organic whole grain oats. The organic powder used, Lithothamnium calcareum, comes from red algae and is gently sucked from the seabed at a depth of 14 to 25 m off the coast of Brazil. It tastes good pure or blended with fruit as a refreshing drink, with muesli, it is also suitable for cooking and baking.
