Round grain white rice

This delicately aromatic rice remains fluffy and soft when cooked. Enjoy it in risotto, vegetable mixtures or as a sweet rice porridge.

Preparation: Rinse the rice with water and place in twice as much boiling water. Bring to the boil, mix well and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes in a covered pot.
