Vegetarian balls

Vegetarian balls based on soy, fried

Ingredients: Water, defatted soy flour*, textured (20%), onion*, sunflower oil*, dried EGG WHITE*, spices* (dried onion*, dried garlic*, parsnip*, coriander*, cumin*, white pepper*, nutmeg*), potato starch*, WHEAT flour*, SOY SAUCE* (water, soybeans*, salt), salt, thickener: guar gum*; fermented alcohol*, acidity regulator: citric acid

Preparation:
in a pan:
Fry the balls in a small amount of oil for 4 - 5 minutes at medium temperature on both sides.
in the oven:
Bake the balls in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 °C for about 8 minutes and turn them once.
