Vegetarian schnitzel, soy-based product, breaded, fried

Ingredients: Water, defatted soy flour*, textured (16%), WHEAT CRUMBS* (WHEAT FLOUR*, salt, yeast, turmeric*), onion*, sunflower oil*, dried EGG WHITE*, WHEAT FLOUR*, potato starch*, spices* (dried onion*, dried parsnip*, dried garlic*, white pepper*, lovage*), MUSTARD* (fermented spirit vinegar*, MUSTARD SEEDS*, water, sea salt, turmeric*), salt, WHEAT PROTEIN*, thickener: guar gum*; fermented spirit vinegar*, acidity regulator: citric acid

Preparation:
in a pan:
Fry the cutlets in a small amount of oil for 4 - 5 minutes at medium temperature on both sides.
in the oven:
Bake the cutlets in a preheated oven at 180 - 200 °C for about 8 minutes and turn them once.
