White basmati rice

This noble fragrant rice grows at the foot of the Himalayas and is one of the best varieties of rice. Enjoy its delicate taste and aroma. It is ideal for soups, salads and of course as a side dish for fish, meat and vegetables.

Ingredients:Basmati long grain rice* white
* from controlled organic farming

Preparation: Rinse 2 cups of white basmati rice.Bring it to a boil with 4 cups of water, a little salt and 4 tablespoons of butter or oil over medium heat. Then cook in a covered pot over low heat for about 20 minutes.
