This delicate rice becomes soft and creamy when cooked. Enjoy dennree rice pudding in desserts and pastries.

Ingredients:White rice

Preparation: Put the rice (220 g) in a colander, rinse with cold water and drain.Then bring 800 ml of milk and a little sugar to the boil in a saucepan and add the rice.Bring to the boil briefly, stir well and then reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Let the rice soak for about 30-35 minutes in a covered container.
