Whole grain round rice

Organic whole grain round rice offers pure enjoyment. After harvesting, it is cleaned and hulled. The silvery husks are preserved. This aromatic-nutty rice remains grainy and fluffy when cooked. Excellent in risotto or casseroles.

Preparation:Rinse the rice (4 servings = 300 g) with cold water and drain. Then bring 800 ml of water to the boil in a saucepan, salt it and add the rice. Bring to a boil, stir well, then reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for 40-45 minutes.
