Dosage: Take a maximum of 3 doses per day (before training, after training or at any time during the day). Prepare 1 dose by mixing 1 scoop of powder (25g) with 175ml of chilled water or milk in a shaker or blender, shake for 10 seconds. A super dose is 50 g in 350 ml. You can also add PhD Diet Whey to yogurt or to your favorite breakfast cereal or oatmeal.
