How does the pad work?

The pad contains a non-toxic cooling gel that does not require contact with water, frost or electrical charging to function. It removes the body heat of the lying animal, which is then returned to the air by evaporation from the unused areas of the pad. This is why the cooling pad is cold to the touch. It is activated by pressure. The lying animal cools down gradually. The surface of the pad is made of nylon fibers, which ensures its strength and durability.

Product care: Wipe the dirty surface of the pad with a damp cloth. Then dry with a towel. Avoid strong pressure when cleaning. Do not use a washing machine or dryer. Do not expose it to direct sunlight and protect it from heat. Do not leave the pad hanging for a long time when drying. Always keep the pad level when drying. To reactivate the cooling effect of the pad, leave the pad loose for a few minutes so that it regains its original properties after the last use.

Warning:  Do not use a damaged pad. Waste treatment methods: smaller quantities can be thrown away in household waste.
