We dried 2 medium-sized apples in this package - The rings are wonderfully crunchy and have no sharp corners - They are great for replenishing energy anytime, anywhere Our dried apple rings contain nothing but 100% fruit and nothing else. In addition, they are not sulfurized and we make them from the sweetest varieties of apples from the Czech-Slovak border, where instead of pesticides, they are bathed in sun and occasional rain. We hand-pick only the most beautiful apples, and we use up to two medium-sized ones for one package! After we dry the apples, they shrink and the resulting bag of rings and rings finally looks like a small snack. But be sure that it is proper and will provide your body with the energy it needs. We dry the apple slices gently to preserve as many vitamins and minerals as possible, and for the same reason we pack them in a protective atmosphere. It is not a science. Nature will take care of most of it for us. You just need to respect it.
