    Essential amino acids, or EAAs, are those amino acids that the body cannot produce by itself and must receive them from the outside. There are nine of them in total and BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are also included in them.     Dosage: Mix 25 g (approximately two 25 ml scoops) with 500 ml of water so that the powder is completely dissolved. Consume during exercise. The recommended consumption is up to two servings per day. The package contains 20 doses.
    Warning: It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This product is not intended for children under 16 years of age.
