EAA Reflex Nutrition offer 16 g of EAA per 25 g dose! It is thus a perfect source of nutrients for stressed muscles, which after training need essential amino acids as building materials for their growth and regeneration. The complex enriches magnesium and potassium (electrolytes), which the body loses during exercise and thus needs to be replenished effectively. The properties of magnesium and potassium are related to muscle activity. It is also similar with the contained vitamin B6, its properties are related to energy metabolism. The contained Bioperin® helps other components with absorption.
Essential amino acids, or EAAs, are those amino acids that the body cannot produce by itself and must receive them from the outside. There are nine of them in total and BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are also included in them. EAA supplementation is more effective than BCAA supplementation alone, providing muscles with a wider complex of building materials.

Dosage: Mix 25 g (approximately two 25 ml scoops) with 500 ml of water so that the powder is completely dissolved. Consume during exercise. The recommended consumption is up to two servings per day. The package contains 20 doses.

Store in a cool, dry place and out of the reach of children. Always close the container tightly with the lid after use. Ideally use within three months of opening.
