Which HIGH5 gel selected at - IsoGel or EnergyGel?

There is no wrong or right answer - both IsoGel and EnergyGel do the same job. It just depends on personal preference. IsoGel has a lighter consistency – it is somewhere between a gel and an energy drink. Energy Gel is a bit thicker, but at the same time it is smaller in volume and is therefore better transferred in larger quantities.
