Ingredients in 1 infusion bag:
Apple fruit, nettle leaf 300 mg, green tea, mate leaf 225 mg, mint leaf, white hibiscus flower, kola seeds 60 mg, aroma, guarana seeds 30 mg, caffeine 27 mg, mango, pomegranate pericarp, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 350 µg, biotin 50 µg.
Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and let steep for 10 minutes.
Recommended dosage:
1-2 cups per day.
