It is also ideal for preparing relaxing baths that will help relax muscles, relieve stress and detoxify the body. How to use Help with constipation in adults: mix 2-6 teaspoons (10-30 g) of Epsom salt in 250 ml of water. Drink immediately. The laxative effects will occur within 30 minutes to 6 hours.
