Erythritol Zdravý den® is a low-calorie sweetener with a zero glycemic index (GI 0). In nature, erythritol is found in small amounts, especially in fruits and vegetables. It is an alcoholic sugar that is produced by natural fermentation of glucose. It is not broken down in the body and is quickly absorbed in the small intestine.
It is suitable as a substitute for classic white sugar and artificial sweeteners. It reaches approximately 70% of the sweetness of regular sugar.
Use: suitable for coffee, tea, cooking and baking and wherever regular sugar is used.
