ECOATO extra virgin olive oil is cold-pressed from hand-picked olives grown by small farmers, members of the COATO association. This oil has a golden color and a distinctive, typical taste and aroma. It is excellent for salads and Mediterranean dishes. It can also be used to briefly fry vegetables (e.g. vegetables when preparing pasta sauce). Olive oil is characterized by a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids. In addition, olive oil also contains vitamin E.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Spain
USE: We recommend using this high-quality oil in cold cooking for salads, spreads and dressings and for seasoning soups and dishes at the end of cooking. However, it is also suitable for frying.
TIP: An excellent flavored oil can be obtained by carefully heating olive oil and adding hot peppers or fresh spices. Let it steep for a few days and use it to flavor dishes.
