Fermented ginger juice - or ginger shot - consists only of fresh ginger juice, sweetened with concentrated apple juice, and the sharpness of the ginger is softened by lemon juice. At the end, probiotic cultures, worthy of Bacilli, are added to turn the bad ones around, and a "shot" full of vitamins is born. Thanks to fermentation, the juice retains its freshness and therefore does not need to be pasteurized.
