As the name suggests, this fermented lemonade is made from blood orange juice. Fresh orange juice from Sicilian oranges first goes through a fermentation process with the help of probiotic cultures. It is then flavored with a little lemon juice, sweetened only with concentrated apple juice, topped up with water and gently carbonated. The result is a delicious refreshing taste of sun-ripened "blood" oranges. The lemonade does not contain any dyes or added flavors.
