Fish Complex is a complex marine product containing whole fish powder. It is very gently and carefully processed to avoid losing valuable micronutrients. Why the powder from the whole fish and therefore from the skin and bones? It's simple - just eating fish meat does not ensure a sufficient intake of minerals and other nutrients, which are mostly contained in other parts of fish. Seagarden has developed an effective way of processing them and can thus offer a very fine powder containing amino acids, omega fatty acids and minerals, which is a very valuable resource for the body.
Whether you are undergoing a heavy load, want to strengthen your resistance or are looking for an ideal source of calcium and other important micronutrients.. Fish Complex is a very valuable comprehensive support for the organism with super-pure natural ingredients.
Fish Complex Seagarden is 100% natural, without GMOs, without antibiotics and hormones, without gluten, lactose and sugar. Each batch is tested for more than twenty undesirable substances.

About Seagarden
Seagarden manufactures collagen and other natural marine supplements produced exclusively from wild-caught fish . It is the only producer of 100% natural marine dietary supplements in Norway and the only producer of marine collagen peptides in Scandinavia.
Seagarden was founded in 2000 and has been building on ideas and traditions going back several thousand years. It has its headquarters and production in Norway's Avaldsnes on the island of Karmoy, which was the royal seat of the ancient sea kings even before the Viking Age. People here have always lived in harmony with nature, subsisting on fishing and everything the sea can provide. Those who lived here established contacts across the sea, were keen traders and brought ideas, knowledge and new impulses to the house. We try to follow these traditions.
Fresh and natural ingredients
Most of the fish from which Seagarden makes its supplements is caught in the crystal clear waters of the Norwegian Sea by fishermen from the city of Tromso and the village of Senjahopen in the north of Norway. Every winter a miracle happens there. Cod is returning from the icy waters of the Barents Sea to its original spawning grounds off the northern Norwegian coast. This long and demanding journey results in wild cod gaining strong muscles and firm meat with an unsurpassed texture. The Barents Sea is also a very remote virgin area rich in nutrients. The fish thus gain strength in the pristine sea, which is reflected in the cleanliness and quality of the final product.
In harmony with nature - minimal carbon footprint
Thanks to our hunting and fishing roots, we know that we must play as a team with nature, not against it. We actively work towards minimal carbon emissions during production, transport and packaging. 95% of the raw materials are produced in Norway, so we both have control over the processing of the raw materials, so we have control over the processing of the raw materials and ensure short transport distances. Seagarden's flagship product, marine collagen is
MSC certified (Marine Stewardship Council) which is a guarantee that the fish comes from sustainable fishing. Seagarden is also a partner of the EU-funded Aquabiopro-fit project, which aims to reduce waste and make meaningful use of fishing by-products.
Careful production
Cod skin, which is the main raw material for collagen production, is first carefully washed with clean water. Each shipment is also tested for more than 20 unwanted ingredients and contaminants, both directly at Seagarden and in independent laboratories. Only 100% pure natural products leave the production. At Seagarden, we are also constantly looking for ingredients and technologies that help us produce products in the most gentle and natural ways possible. Production processes are also traceable, thanks to which our customers can feel safe.
