Flax is an annual herb growing up to 1.2 m tall. It is cultivated both for its flax fiber and, above all, for its oil seeds. The plant originates from the area between the eastern Mediterranean and India. Flax has a straight, slender stem branched into a sparse inflorescence with inconspicuous sessile leaves. It is characterized by light blue five-lobed florets interwoven with dark blue veins. The fruit is a five-lobed capsule containing oil seeds.

The use of flax seeds supports and facilitates digestion, is used in body weight control. It has a positive effect on menopausal comfort, breast and prostate function.

Ingredients: 100% Linum usitatissimum, 400 mg/capsule, capsule shell: HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin and are also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Recommended dosage: Adults (75 kg) 3 capsules 3 times a day. Children are dosed in proportion to their body weight, the contents of the capsule can be emptied and mixed with water.
