These herrings come from the North-East Atlantic fishing area (FAO 27), more precisely from the North, Norwegian and Celtic Seas. The fishery has been MSC certified for sustainable fishing for several years.

Ingredients:Herring 70%, mustard sauce*, 30% (mustard paste [water, mustard grains*, vinegar*, sugar cane*, salt, spices*, antioxidant: citric acid], water, sunflower oil*, apple cider vinegar*, salt, dill*, turmeric*).

* 21.09% of the agricultural ingredients come from controlled organic farming
