The common broom is a sturdy biennial plant growing up to 2 m tall. It is found along roads, in pastures, wastelands, ditches, demolition sites or on the edges of forests and bushes. In addition to the northern part, it is found throughout Europe, but also in the Ciscaucasia, Asia Minor and Iran.

The useful part is the root, which is collected in autumn and used internally. The inflorescence is purple, sometimes even white, conical, prickly and up to 4 inches high. The flower itself is protected by spiny bracts that form a cage around it. It flowers from July to September, and the flowered panicles are very popularly used in flower arrangements and wreaths as a decoration.

Ingredients: 100% Dipsacus fullonum, 300 mg/capsule, capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Recommended dosage: Adults (75 kg) 2 capsules 3 times a day. Take 20 min. before meals.
