Traditional use: Pour one teaspoon with boiling water and leave for 15 minutes. infuse.
Special use:Marigold milk with honey: 2 dl of milk (we can also use a healthier option - plant milk - oat, rice, soy) season with honey as needed and soak one and a half teaspoons of marigold in it for one to two hours. Then strain everything, let it cool and serve as an evening drink.
