Pumpernickel

Pumpernickel is a dense, aromatic bread with vegan ingredients. Due to the long baking process typical of pumpernickel, the grain starch is partially broken down into sugar and caramelized. This gives the bread a dark color and a sweet taste.

Ingredients: Rye* whole grain flour 49%, water, natural sourdough* 18% (rye* whole grain flour, water), salt, yeast*.
