Whole wheat-rye bread
This bread is made from emmer wheat. Emmer, along with einkorn and spelt, was cultivated in European culture until the High Middle Ages and served as a base for beer and bread.
Ingredients:EMMER* whole grain flour (original type of WHEAT) 45%, natural sourdough 27% (RYE* whole grain flour, water), water, sea salt, yeast*.
May contain traces of WHEAT and SWEET LIPS
