Garlic salt is an ideal combination for lovers of Czech cuisine, especially garlic lovers. Garlic is used in almost all cuisines of the world. It is essential in the preparation of minced meat and mutton, sausages, mayonnaise, soups, etc.
Garlic salt has a distinctive aroma and taste.
Ingredients: coarse sea salt (max. 84.3%), garlic, marjoram, onion, chives
Use: Garlic salt is suitable for flavoring sauces, soups, spreads, dressings and many other popular dishes of Czech cuisine, such as ondráše or potato pancakes.
Garlic butter – we need:
- 250 g butter;

approx. 1 tablespoon of finely ground garlic salt.
Procedure: Let the butter soften at room temperature and then rub it together with the mixture of salt and herbs. Let the finished mixture harden in a bowl or molds for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Use as needed.
Storage: Keep dry and close carefully.
