Maca is a small plant that is most commonly grown in South America, in Peru. Maca BIO Salvia Paradise® is processed using gelatinization technology. The advantage of this processing method is the removal of starch, which results in better digestibility. To produce one kilogram of gelatinized BIO maca, 4–5 kilograms of fresh maca need to be processed.
Maca supports psychological and mental health, stamina, vitality and sexuality. It also has an effect on fertility and hormonal balance. It is recommended for women during menopause.
Traditional use:
Mix one teaspoon of powder in water and drink. Take twice a day, morning and afternoon, always on an empty stomach.
TIP for preparation: Add only 2x more water than powder to the glass of powder and mix to a paste, which we dilute with liquid - no lumps will form.
