Fish sauce
The fish sauce is made exclusively from trimmings obtained from filleting the best organic trout and grayling from Decleva's Alpenfisch. The result is a carefully fermented wine that delivers an excellent umami flavor. It is suitable for seasoning both regional dishes and Far Eastern specialties such as Pad Thai, Pho soup, green curry or summer rolls.
