An excellent blend of organic gingerbread spices carries the typical aroma and warm tones of cinnamon and cloves, with mace flower for softness and dried ginger for pungency. It is suitable for preparing Christmas gingerbread, gingerbread dough, fruit sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and winter sorbets. For 1 kg of flour, we use approximately 5 - 8 g of spices.
