These oatmeal flakes were made by steaming and rolling gluten-free organic oats and are also suitable for gluten-free people without a reaction to avenin (oat protein). You can find more about the issue of oats and gluten here. These are small (fine) flakes that are especially suitable for baking and for quick pouring without cooking. Oatmeal porridge: Pour 1.8 cups of milk or vegetable drink into a cup of flakes, add a pinch of salt and cook for 7 minutes, stirring constantly. Season to taste on the plate.
