Gluten-free rice bread 375 g PEMA

This special rice bread from the PEMA brand is made by a traditional German producer of wholemeal wholemeal bread based just across the Czech border on the German side of Smrčin. This bread is exceptional not only because it is gluten-free, but also because it is made from freshly ground rice and buckwheat, which are pre-soaked and then ground, so that the grain is activated. Thanks to the use of activated grain, our own sourdough, lower baking temperature and therefore twice the baking time (compared to the standard industrial process), PEMA brand bread tastes great, is better digestible and stays fresh longer than similar products made from meal and baked using a standard industrial process.
