The AF designation means Alcohol Free – a product with 0% alcohol content. A unique technology and multiple extraction were used in the production. AF tinctures retain the maximum of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herb used.
Gotu kola, or navelwort, is one of the leading herbs of Indian Ayurveda, which has recently enjoyed increasing popularity in Europe. It grows in hot swampy areas of India, Sri Lanka, China, but also in Australia or South Africa.
Navelwort, also known as brahmi, is mainly involved in normal activity of cognitive functions – memory, ability to concentrate and understand, expressive abilities or prompt reactions depending on the speed of information processing.
It has a beneficial effect on the normal activity of the cardiovascular system and vascular system. It counteracts the feeling of “heavy legs″. It helps the normal course of digestion.

The tincture does not contain any alcohol, dyes or sweeteners.
Traditional use:
After shaking properly, take 20 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It can be washed down with a small amount of water. The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 2,844 mg of fresh plant matter.
Ingredients: glycerol; water; Centella asiatica.
Warning: Do not replace a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a safe place out of reach of children. Store in a dark, dry place and close tightly! Not suitable for pregnant and lactating women.
