Jackfruit cubes
Jackfruit is a fruit native to India that is a delicious dessert when ripe. If harvested unripe, it is quite tasteless and its consistency closely resembles meat. The pulp can then be prepared as a vegan alternative to meat, in this case diced meat. Jackfruit is almost fat-free and low in calories.
