Teff flakes
A delicious alternative to all recipes that otherwise use oatmeal. Teff, or Abyssinian millet, is native to Ethiopia. It is an annual perennial herb growing in clumps. It is mainly distributed in the tropics and subtropics. It is a forage and cereal crop.
